They have a cold brew that they mix with citrus and an extra sweet made by the house that gives it a sour and sweet flavor. It's a little difficult to decide what to try on their menu because, finally, a restaurant that gives a slight variation to the starters and breakfasts of the day. Their cherry tomatoes with burrata are the option that made me crave the most. As for desserts, if you are one of those who don't get sick or want to end the day with something sweet, order the ear covered in cajeta, with vanilla ice cream, ginger and walnut. The flavor is sweet and the ginger is so little that it does not overpower but highlights the flavor of everything else. Without a doubt, I will return on Thursday for 2 for 1 on artisan drinks. You can find variations of the classic Negroni, drinks with Aperol and combinations that already make you thirsty when you're barely halfway through the list. It's nice to find places that don't give us the same old thing, and if they do, they give it a little twist that gives us something different from the city routine. The service is more than friendly, Fabian who took our order is very attentive and always explained to us with great care how they prepare the coffee, what other drinks they are about to get. This place became one of my favorites. I hope yours too ”
